The generic term graphics covers film applications such as labels, signs and displays. A crucial factor here is that clearly legible information can be printed on our films using screen, offset or digital printing – and in most cases, this can be done cost-effectively even in short runs. It is best to print on the reverse of transparent
films to protect the print image against abrasion and scratches.
Customization is possible with subsequent lasering. Depending on
the application, other film properties can also play an important
role – for example, high heat resistance if it is to be used in a
hot environment.
