A parking disc that is both practical and fun has been developed by Danish company Ladelund Skilte ApS, and is based on Makrofol® PC films. It is attached to the inside of the windshield using adhesive spots, making it highly visible. As well as the excellent print quality it supports, Makrofol® also boasts high heat resistance. This ensures that the parking disc does not deform when subjected to direct sunlight. The flat “parking meter” consists of two parts. The numbers and dials for half and full hours are printed on a circular disc made from Makrofol® DE 7-2. A rotating rim, made from Makrofol® DE 1-1 and used for setting the time, is attached to the disc. Thanks to the fine velvet Makrofol® DE 7-2 surface, the rim slides extremely smoothly on the disc. Advertising or other text can be printed on the rim. The high-gloss Makrofol® DE 1-1 ensures an excellent print image.
